We recommend purchasing as whole beans and grinding them fresh before brewing to achieve the best results. For our customers who do not have a grinder, we can grind according to your preferred brewing method just before shipping. Keep your coffee sealed in the bag or container and stored in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Coffee does not spoil; however, it is best to use it within three months of its roast date as optimal flavour starts to degrade after that point.
